A few ideas for recipies using our products:

Sauces

1. Hot Garlic Sauce:  One of our favorites is melting about 2 to 4 tablespoons into some butter with a small amount of crème. Don’t get the temp too high.  This is wonderful to sauté shrimp and or scallops.  Pour over your favorite pasta or rice.

Add hot garlic sauce to some melted butter and use that to make your garlic bread.  Broil with a bit of parmesan cheese.

Add hot garlic sauce to meat loaf for a little bit of heat.

Add to your marinara sauce, add to sautéing veggies.

Great on Pizza, or use just as a dip added to cream cheese.

I love to mix hot garlic sauce, lemon, butter, and cream to make a great white sauce for pasta.  You can always add shrimp, scallops and or clams for a nice seafood dish.

2. Champagne Mustard: We love this as a salad dressing. Add some balsamic vinegar and a spoon of apricot jam.  This is also great over chicken.

Fossil Creek Creamery uses this mustard on their new cheddar cheese.  It’s great on a ham sandwich.

One other recipe is, make a boat for salmon out of foil.  Pour into the foil boat some teriyaki then place your salmon, skin down on the boat.  Drizzle over some champagne mustard and apricot jam.  This turns out to be a 5 star meal.

3. Teriyaki’s:  The most authentic teriyaki around. We love this on our salmon steaks or chicken on the barbecue.

Pickles

4. B & B Pickles:  Chop up a few slices and add them to your egg or tuna salad.

5. Ghost Pickle:  Chop up a few slices to make a great addition to a relish or a bit hot cocktail sauce.

6. Spicy Garlic Zucchini Pickle:  This pickle taste the best on tamale.  Really nice as a side dish next to a sandwich.

Veggies

7. Beets & Onions:  Always great in a salad. We use a little feta cheese, walnuts, butter lettuce and cranberries.  Yum

8. Watermelon Rind:  Now this is different.  We were told this recipe at the farmers market.  Wrap a piece of watermelon rind in some bacon and cook…

A must try to believe recipe!

9. B & B Onions: This is really tasty on a hamburger.  It is very good in your eggs and potatoes.

10.  Garlic Asparagus:  This is great for an appetizer! Roll some Asparagus, cheese and slice ham to make taquito.delicious.

11.  Hot Asparagus, Dilly Beans, and Pickled Celery: Gotta try them in a BLOODY MARY!
